After a good 2 weeks in January followed by a middling 2 weeks, I am back in the saddle, especially before I head for a Valentine's Day trip to Pittsburgh--I want to feel very good for that.
My goals for these 2 weeks:
-- Journal everything BEFORE I eat it.
-- Work out every weekday morning.
-- Stay within daily points--no weekly points.
Challenges:
-- Eating out on the weekends ...
-- Munching at night
