Goals for October

My goals for October are:

  • Track everything I eat, even if I'm over points.
  • Run 3x a week. 
If I don't track everything from October 5 to 31, I can't get a Starbuck AT ALL for the entire month of November. This includes Thanksgiving and Black Friday, the absolute best days to get a Starbuck.

If I complete these goals, I will get a manicure on November 1.
